The beginning of the collaboration was a shock. It was mainly because we had several recruitment activities under our belt and none of them were very successful. No one expected that almost 600 applicants would apply in the first month and 7 MKD drivers with a car transporter would be hired.
That’s why what I appreciate most about working with Prodator® is the high level of audience engagement on Facebook, the great expertise even in the subsequent selection of candidates, and the well-written campaigns that reached so many people. I recommend it!
Addition after 2 years of cooperation:
So far, we have filled a total of 64 drivers locally. We have another 29 drivers in 7 months from Serbia.
Prodator is a partner for us, thanks to which we are growing.
They are not satisfied with a result that is below their benchmark and constantly suggest ways (not only advertising) to achieve this. Currently Prodator® handles the recruiting and interviewing of candidates for us and they only send “finished” drivers to us already to verify driving skills and experience with the auto-transporter.
I was most excited on the first day of the campaign, when you are anxiously waiting to see if the campaign has got off the ground and if it will be successful. We found out on the first day that we were contacted by a lot of people who met our requirements. After just a few days, we knew the campaign would be successful and then you’re really just figuring out how to get so many people on the phone.
Update:
One year into the campaign, 8 of the original 9 recruited drivers are still with us, and all of them have a high level of quality. If it wasn’t for the competition from which we have acquired additional drivers, we would not hesitate to use Prodator® again.
Cooperation with Prodator® clearly exceeded our expectations!
MKD drivers are a scarce commodity, now imagine looking for MKD drivers who want to drive at night from 22:00 to 06:00 and can handle oversized traffic. That’s not for everyone.
The expectation of the campaign was to fill 9 drivers in 3 months.
Thanks to Prodator® we managed to do it in 7 weeks!
Every third interview led to a hire. Out of 22 interviews, we got 9 new drivers. We have already extended our cooperation to the Polish branch, where we are also recruiting new MKD driver colleagues.
I am convinced that the Polish cooperation will be at least as successful!
The cooperation started in October 2022 and within the first two months we recruited 6 drivers.
Due to the success of this collaboration, we repeated it in April 2023 and hired 5 more drivers within one month. Unfortunately the project did not materialise in the end so we could not use all the drivers.
As our needs increase, we definitely plan to renew the collaboration.
Our communication with Mr. Mikulášek regarding the recruitment of drivers began as early as January 2022, while still within GEFCO, which was later acquired by CEVA Logistics. Plans to build our own fleet began to take specific shape.
We started cooperation for the Czech Republic, Germany and then Slovakia. In the Czech Republic, we filled 12 drivers within two months. In Germany, my colleagues told me that they were very satisfied with the quality of the candidates and the interview process, and we expected the results to be positive and that there would be hires.
What we didn’t expect was that we would need a partner who would be flexible to our needs and able to run the campaign literally from one day to the next.I must also commend your communication. You explain everything patiently. I recommend it!
We first tried our cooperation with Prodator on the position of car mechanic and we managed to recruit 3 quality people, so we expanded our cooperation to the positions of car mechanic, car diagnostician, which we are successfully recruiting. I recommend Prodator to companies that are suffering from a lack of quality candidates for specialized positions.
The Prodator campaign exceeded our expectations, in the first month of cooperation we managed to recruit 5 mechanics, so we even had to suspend the campaign until we had a second service ready. We have a campaign for truck drivers and other mechanics coming up in the fall. We expect at least the same success.
